This constitutes a contract between you ("the User") and NoBrowser (jointly referred to as "the Parties"). These Conditions, as well as our Terms of Service must be accepted to access the Services. This Agreement is subject to change by NoBrowser at any time, with or without notice, effective upon posting on the relevant website. Your continued use of our Websites and Services following posting of revised terms of any section of the Agreement will constitute your express and binding acceptance of and consent to the revised Agreement ongoing.

What information do we collect?

Billing & Payment: We rely on third-party payment processors to handle your product purchases. You can find out which provider we are working with for the point of purchase you chose, by looking at your transactional email or receipt.
Registration details: When ordering or registering to our Services, we may collect certain information that can be used to identify you (as the Customer’s point of contact or as a User) such as: name, email address, postal address, phone number, user ID, and other relevant details which are relevant to the Customer.
Customer’s payment information: In order for you to enjoy all of the functions which we offer, we collect payment information from you, including your credit card number and bank account details. Please note that your billing information, to the extent provided by you, is forwarded directly to a third party billing or clearing company engaged by us and is not kept by us.
Voluntary information: We also collect information which you provide us voluntarily. For example, when you respond to communications from us, ask our support, and communicate with us in any means, including, without limitation, via email, phone, Website, Nobrowser.com Platform or otherwise, or when you share additional information about yourself through your use of the Services, then all such communications may be recorded.
Device information: We also collect specific types of connection details and information regarding your device, software or hardware that may identify you, such as: online identifiers, browser information, device’s unique identifiers (e.g. UDID), IP address, and geolocation.


Non-Personal Data Use

Personal Information is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable effort to identify an individual. Although we capture as little data as possible, we operate on the internet, and as such there is some information required to function online.

Analytics Data & Product functionality: connection time, duration, etc. This information can be used for technical or connectivity troubleshooting. Analysis of this data can be used to improve our platform’s security and to improve performance, availability, etc. Our servers automatically record certain information regarding the use of our Services. Such data is also used for troubleshooting errors and bugs as well as for research and analytics purposes about your use of the Services. For the avoidance of doubt, if we combine Personal Information with Non-Personal Information (e.g. analytics data), the combined information will be treated as Personal Information as long as it remains combined.

Anonymous information: We may anonymize or de-identify the information collected by the Services or via other means so that the information cannot, on its own, personally identify you. Our use and disclosure of such aggregated or de-identified information is not subject to any restrictions under this Privacy Policy, and we may disclose it to others without limitation and for any purpose.

Our No Logging Policy - data we don’t collect on our servers.

Once logged into your NoBrowser portal, you will be connected to a secure server in the cloud. From within this portal, you may access websites or surf the web at your discretion. As you surf the web, we do not log or have access to the following data:
• DNS queries
• Browsing history
• Transferred data
• Files (Home Directory contents)
• Copy/Paste history, clipboard, or otherwise
• Personal settings, configurations, or related

If you have a visual disability, you may be able to use a screen reader or other text-to-speech or text-to-Braille tool to review the contents of this Privacy Policy.

Cookies

When you visit or access our Websites, or when you interact or engage with our Services, we use (and authorize third parties to use) web beacons, cookies, pixel tags, scripts, tags, API and other technologies (“Tracking Technologies”).

The Tracking Technologies allow us to automatically collect information about you and your online behavior, as well as your device (for example your computer or mobile device), in order to enhance your navigation on our Services, improve our Services’ performance and customize your experience on our Services. With whom do we share the information that we collect?

We do not rent or sell any Personal Information. In some cases we use 3rd parties to provide services and/or make our platform better for our customers. This includes but not limited to Google for ReCaptcha, Stripe for Credit Card Processing and Billing, Amazon Web Services for cloud services, etc.

Information collected by them may include IP address, browser details, email, name, etc. To the further extent possible, we do not share information with third parties, however in order for certain applications or web services to function, the third party may collect information about your connection direclty from our website or indirectly from you.  For example, but not limited to Google analytics or ReCaptcha related information.  

 

reCAPTCHA: We use Google reCAPTCHA on & to help prevent fraudulent activity on our website and within our Services. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By accessing or using the those pages, you agree to the Google APIs Terms of Use, Google Terms of Use. Please read and understand all applicable terms and policies before accessing those pages. Notes regarding Privacy and our own systems when you access any part of this site, this site may record the user agent, HTTP Headers, detected addons, IP address, various data-points that your web browser may report in JavaScript (eg the properties of the "navigator" object, the WebGL renderer used for the HTML5 Canvas etc), Client Hints and other data. This is done either as a part of the requirements of the functionality (eg the Unique Browser Url feature needs to record details of your setup, so that it can re-display them when the unique url is visited), to extend our user agent database, or as a part of the maintenance, development, protection and monitoring of the site. Any time you provide your name, email (or the name, ticket number and email of your tech support), we will record it for monitoring, security and development purposes but promise to never sell, give, loan, rent or otherwise provide it to any companies. 

 

Stripe for Billing: We use Stripe for Billing and Credit Card Processing. Your use of our service may include purchasing of a paid subscription plan. Stripe handles all billing and credit card processing on their systems. You may need to enter your personal information into their system, including but not limited to name, email, address, credit card details, etc. NoBrowser does not collect or see your credit card information. By accessing or using the those pages, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Use, Privacy Privacy, and Stripe's other relevant policies. Please read and understand all applicable terms and policies before accessing those pages. We do not sell or disclose your Personal Information to third parties. We use third parties on our website, such as Shopify or other payment processing companies. In this case, you are sharing your information directly with them and not us.

We do not and will not sell your Personal Information to third parties (according to the CCPA definition of a “sale”) and businesses for commercial purposes.

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we did not sell any Personal Information third parties or businesses for commercial purposes.

Rights under the CCPA

Access to Personal Information:
You may request that we disclose to you the categories and specific pieces of Personal Information that we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which your Personal Information is collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting your Personal Information, the categories of Personal Information that we disclosed for a business purpose, any categories of Personal Information about you that we sold, the categories of third-parties with whom we have shared your Personal Information, and the business or commercial purpose for selling your Personal Information, if applicable.

Deletion requests:
You have the right to request that we delete any Personal Information collected from you and retained, unless retaining the information is necessary for us or for our service providers to:
• Complete the transaction for which we collected the Personal Information, provide a good or service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you.
• Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or prosecute those responsible for such activities.

• Comply with a legal obligation.
• Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will delete (and direct our service providers, subcontractors and consultants to delete) your Personal Information, unless an exception applies.

Exercising your rights

You can exercise your rights (such as access and deletion) by submitting a verifiable consumer request to us at our contact form.

Only you or a person authorized to act on your behalf may make a consumer request related to your Personal Information.

The request must:
• Provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative.
• Describe your request with sufficient details to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
• We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

You may only request a copy of your data twice within a 12-month period.

Response timing and format

Our goal is to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing within the 45 days period. If you are a User or Customer, we will deliver our written response to your through your Customer account. If you are a Website visitor, we will deliver our response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will cover only the 12-month period preceding the request. If reasonably possible, we will provide your Personal Information in a format that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

In case of rejection, the response we provide will explain the reasons for which we cannot comply with your request.

Please note that these CCPA rights are not absolute and requests are subject to any applicable legal requirements, including legal and ethical reporting or document retention obligations.

Designating agents

You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf if:
• The authorized agent is a natural person or a business entity registered with the Secretary of State of California; and • You sign a written declaration that you authorize the authorized agent to act on your behalf.

If you use an authorized agent to submit a request to exercise your right to know or your right to request deletion, please mail a certified copy of your written declaration authorizing the authorized agent to act on your behalf using the contact information below.

If you provide an authorized agent with power of attorney pursuant to Probate Code §§ 4000–4465, it may not be necessary to perform these steps and we will respond to any request from such authorized agent in accordance with the CCPA.

Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by the CCPA, we will not:
• Deny you goods or services.
• Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.
• Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.
• Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

General Provisions

The following provisions apply for all Personal Information processed by us.

For how long do we retain the information that we collect?

We retain the information as short as possible, that we collect from Customers and Users for as little as needed to provide our Services and to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements (unless we are instructed otherwise). Retention periods will be determined taking into account the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. Under applicable regulations, we will keep records containing Customers’/Users’ Personal Information, account opening documents, communications and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations.

We may rectify, replenish or remove incomplete or inaccurate information, at any time and at our own discretion.

How do we safeguard your information?

We take great care in implementing and maintaining the security of the Nobrowser.com Platform, your information and End-User Data. We employ industry standard procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our Customers’ systems and End-User Data, the safety of your Personal Information and prevention of unauthorized use of any such information. Our staff have decades of security and privacy experience and we use that knowledge to bring to you a world-class security program and data protection.

However, some hackers are good, really-good; we cannot guarantee that hackers or unauthorized personnel will not gain access to information despite our efforts. You should note that by using our Services, your information will be transferred through third party infrastructures which are not under our control. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information and End-User Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Marketing

We use third parties services for email, survey and marketing campaigns. We may use your Personal Information, such as your name, email address, etc. for the purpose of providing you with promotional materials, concerning our Services. This includes the use of MailChimp or Survey Monkey to assist us in email campaigns, surveys, etc. Out of respect to your right to privacy, we provide you within such marketing materials with means to decline receiving further marketing offers from us. In addition, at any time, you may request to unsubscribe and discontinue receiving marketing offers by contact us directly.

We may use your Personal Information, such as your name, email address, etc. ourselves or by using our third-party partners for the purpose of providing you with promotional materials, concerning our Services. Minors

The Services are not designated to individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18 you should not use the Services nor provide any Personal Information to us.
